TERMS OF USE

(1) These Terms of Use apply to the use of this website (www.localsportsapp.de or www.localsportsapp.com) and the Local Sports App by event seekers (Users). The Local Sports website and the Local Sports App (Progressive Web App) are provided by Local Sports GbR (Operator). Through these services, Users can search for and access information about sports events (Events) and the organizers of these events (Organizers).

(2) The Operator provides the website and the Local Sports App to the User free of charge for private use as described in Section 1.

(3) The rights to the Local Sports website/Local Sports App belong to the Operator. The right of use according to Section 2 does not include any rights for the User to use the Local Sports website/Local Sports App commercially and/or to modify it in any way and/or to use it for purposes other than those described in Section 1. Any exceptions to this rule require the prior written consent of the Operator.

(4) The Operator does not guarantee the availability and/or functionality of the service to the User. The Operator reserves the right to change or discontinue the offered services at any time. In the event of a change in the service, these Terms of Use remain unchanged, unless the Terms of Use themselves are part of the changes.

(5) The Operator does not assume any obligations towards the User regarding maintenance, updates, and technical support.

(6) All information about the Events and the Organizers comes from the Organizers. The Organizers are registered with the Local Sports website or App and have committed to the Operator to ensure the factual accuracy, timeliness, and legal permissibility of the information they provide.

(7) The Operator does not guarantee to the User the factual accuracy, timeliness, completeness, quality, and/or legal permissibility of the information provided by the Organizers. The Operator does not regularly conduct a corresponding content review. This also applies to links and the content displayed on these links. If the Operator determines or is informed by others that the information or links provided by the Organizers trigger civil or criminal liability, it will immediately remove the event or link. The Operator expressly distances itself from such content. The Operator is not liable for damages of a material or immaterial nature caused directly or indirectly by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information.

(8) In addition to the cases described in Section 6, the Operator reserves the right to post events for sports events itself. This is visible in the detailed view of the events. The Operator commits to exercising due diligence regarding the research and transmission of information. Beyond this, the Operator assumes no warranty; Section 7 applies accordingly.

(9) The rights of third parties remain unaffected by this agreement between the Operator and the User.

(10) Should any provision of these Terms of Use be or become legally invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to its essential content.

(11) These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding international conflict of laws provisions.
